At Prisdel, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the details. We may ask for:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos

  • Package photos

  • Unboxing video, if available

  • Reason for return or refund

After verification, we will confirm whether your refund, replacement, or return request is approved.

4. Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or suitable alternative.

6. Return Shipping

For approved returns due to damaged, defective, or wrong product delivery, Prisdel may arrange return pickup where service is available.

If reverse pickup is not available in your location, we may request you to ship the product back to us. Shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.

7. Damaged Product on Delivery

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video. This helps us verify the issue quickly and provide proper support.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the return policy will apply after delivery.

Prisdel reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Sale or Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales, special offers, or promotional discounts may be eligible for refund or replacement only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
