Once your order is placed successfully, we will begin processing it after payment confirmation or order verification, where applicable.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, sale periods, or due to high order volume.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across eligible serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability may depend on your PIN code and courier partner coverage.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you or cancel the order with a refund, if payment has already been made.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote locations may take additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, Prisdel may offer Free Delivery as part of special offers or promotions.

5. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and orders. COD availability will be shown during checkout.

Prisdel reserves the right to disable Cash on Delivery for certain products, locations, or orders.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or your order account page, depending on the available system.

You can use the tracking details to check the shipment status with the courier partner.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided shipping address. Please ensure that your address, phone number, and PIN code are correct.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or rejected delivery, the order may be returned to us.

8. Delayed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or logistics issues.

Prisdel will make reasonable efforts to support you in tracking and resolving delivery delays.

9. Damaged or Missing Package

If you receive a damaged package or suspect any missing item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos

  • Package photos

  • Unboxing video, if available

This helps us verify the issue and provide the best possible support.

10. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Prisdel is not responsible for delivery failure or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

11. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the return policy will apply.
